生理期不舒服坐博愛座錯了嗎？日前一名女性在尖峰時間搭乘台北捷運，因遇到生理期感到身體不適坐在博愛座，沒想到卻有一名海外男旅客認為她好手好腳憑什麼坐？當場大罵該名女子並質疑怎不讓坐。

媒體報導，該女子當時自民權西路站上車，因生理期不適走向博愛座坐下，卻引來海外旅客關切。據了解，當時海外旅客發現博愛座上並沒有「生理期可坐」的示意圖案，便認為該名女子沒有資格坐博愛座、大聲斥喝對方，最後此舉讓一旁旅客實在看不下去，出聲反擊「你不懂台灣的規矩你就不要在這裡吵架！」，才得以平息這場紛爭。

不過，博愛座讓座、存廢爭議時有所聞，令許多民眾即使有需求看到博愛座都會想選擇閃避，對此，台北捷運則回應，其實只要乘客有需求都可以坐，並沒有硬性規定。此外，其實捷運車廂內也有設置相關標語，就是希望民眾能讓有需求的民眾優先使用博愛座。
